Last week we had another dead pine tree cut down in our back yard. When the man came to pick up his check, he pointed out how another pine tree in our yard was dying (it wasn't until then did we notice the bugs and dead pine needles).
Shane and I were so fed up that we paid the guy to cut down all the remaining trees in our back yard with the exception of 1 tree that is along our fence line. The result is a VERY bare and naked yard.
Don't worry, we had a landscaper come out last week and again today to plant some "color" in our yard so hopefully it won't be so naked by summer.

Looks like you have big yard for chase to play in. I wish we had a big back yard. I'm sure it will turn out nice.
have fun landscaping.. that will be fun!
At least you have a yard, lol, not to mention it's nice & big! We feel fortunate just to have a view of a garden here in NYC.
