Chase made it through his surgery yesterday. It was supposed to last 1 hour and ended up taking 2 hours. You can only imagine how well I handeled the last 60 minutes of his surgery. Everything worked out great, but his circumcision reconstruction was more extensive than they thought. They ended up having to do a skin graph in addition to the hernia and testicle repair, and needless to say, Chase has quite a bit of recovering to do.
The day of surgery, Chase woke up in the best mood. He thought it was so funny that Mamma and Dadda were waking him up early and taking him in public in his pajamas. After the surgery, he slept most of the day and this morning he woke up in good spirits.

I'm so glad everything went well. I was thinking about him. I also had to go see a urologist about Kaden's circumcision being a little bit extra skin. He said it was ok for now. We'll see. Hope he feels better soon.
Oh glad you all made it through the day ok. I know that's stressful to have it run long. Hope he's feeling well today.

So glad his surgery went well and he's doing good. It's always harder on Mommy than it is on the little ones. It's so amazing how quick they bounce back. I hope he continues to do well!!
